About the role
At NewWorks you have a dual role: one foot with the client, the other in the code. You translate an organisation's question into a concrete use case and a feasible AI solution, and then build it yourself, from agents and automations to integrations with existing systems.
You think beyond the model. You account for architecture, scalability, reliability and security, and you know what makes a solution valuable for the business. What you deliver doesn't stay a proof of concept, but goes live and is used every day within organisations.
Whether you're just graduating or have been building for years: what matters most to us is curiosity and the drive to learn fast. You pick up the right tools as you go.
The role
What you'll do
- Translate the client's question into concrete use cases and a feasible AI solution, together with the client.
- Design and build AI agents and generative AI applications that run in production.
- Build integrations with internal and external systems via APIs, such as CRM, ERP and Microsoft 365.
- Implement RAG and context-driven solutions based on the client's data and documents.
- Design scalable, maintainable and secure architecture.
- Test, optimise and monitor live implementations, and guide the client through adoption.
- Contribute to technical standards and best practices within the team.
The profile
What you bring
- A technical foundation or a degree heading that way (software, AI, data or econometrics), or you've just graduated and want to dig in.
- Above all: you pick up new technology fast and you want to keep learning. That matters more to us than a checklist of skills.
- Affinity with Python and modern AI tooling (LLMs, RAG, agents) is a plus, not a hard requirement: what you don't know yet, you learn here.
- You move between tech and business and can clearly explain what you build, also to non-technical people.
- You're curious, take ownership and think along about the approach, not just the execution.
- You feel at home in a role where you both advise and build.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
