NewWorks grew out of AI-Advies & Training (AI-AT), active since 2023. Throughout our training and strategy work we kept seeing the same thing: employees understood what AI could do, but the step towards structural use within business processes never materialised. The strategy was there, the execution was not. That is where NewWorks came from, officially founded in January 2026: a development arm with engineers alongside the AI trainers, which does not only advise on what is possible but also builds it and integrates it within existing systems.
AI-AT and NewWorks complement each other: AI-AT teaches people to work with AI and get going themselves; NewWorks makes sure AI is built, integrated and kept in production. The emphasis of NewWorks lies on that second part: actually building and delivering. We are a builder, not a talking shop.
